Super Hydrated by For Modern Athletes is an electrolyte drink with genuine immune support built in. Each scoop delivers a full electrolyte panel of potassium (500mg), magnesium (150mg), sodium from pink Himalayan salt, calcium and chloride, alongside 1500mg of taurine, with vitamin C, zinc and vitamin B12 covering the immune side.

Magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, potassium contributes to normal muscle function, and vitamin C, zinc and B12 all contribute to the normal function of the immune system.
