Supplement Needs Electrolyte+ is a fully transparent, clinically dosed hydration powder from Dr Dean St Mart's Performance range. Every 8g serving delivers 510mg of potassium, 140mg of sodium and 45mg of magnesium alongside 500mg of magnesium taurate, 2.5g of D-ribose and 1g of creatine monohydrate, with every ingredient disclosed at its exact dose and no proprietary blends.

Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system. Mix one serving with 500ml of water, ideally on waking, with a second serving around training, hot weather or high-sweat days if needed. Maximum two servings daily.
