Black Friday FAQ's
Friday 27 November, running through to midnight on Cyber Monday, 30 November.
That stays under wraps until the sale goes live. Sign up above and you’ll get the full line-up in your inbox the moment it drops. In the meantime there’s a new warm-up offer every Monday through November, plus a free Per4m sample in every order.
Right here, and across the whole site, the second the sale starts. Email subscribers hear first, so the sign-up above is the best way to not miss anything.
All Rewards members earn points on everything they buy across the sale weekend, and those points land in time for Christmas orders. Pro members get early access and shop the sale before anyone else, so if you’re Pro, watch your inbox the week of the sale. Joining the scheme is free at checkout.
You’ll earn points on every order during the sale as normal. Redeeming points is paused while the sale is on and switches back on as soon as it ends, since your points go further when things aren’t already reduced.
All the usual delivery options are at checkout, with free UK delivery on orders over £60 and £3.99 below that. Orders are picked and dispatched in the order they come in, same as any other week.

What deals can you expect?
The exact offers stay locked until the sale, but as a retailer we carry the brands you already use, all in one basket: Per4m, Applied Nutrition, Trained By JP, Strom Sports, HR Labs, Conteh Sports, Naughty Boy, CNP, Engineered Muscle, Gas Mark 10 and more, alongside our own Pitstop+ range. One order, one delivery, and free UK delivery on orders over £60 as always.
Protein — from Per4m Advanced Whey (the one our customers buy more than anything else) to isolates, clear wheys, plant proteins and blends across every brand we stock. Black Friday is the time to stock up on your usual tub or try a flavour you’ve been eyeing.
Creatine — creatine monohydrate is one of the most researched ingredients in sports nutrition, and we stock it in just about every format: unflavoured powder, flavoured options, gummies, capsules and our own Pitstop+ Creatine.
Pre-workout — high-stim, everyday and stim-free options across the brands, plus our own Vortex, a non-stim pre-workout built around pump and focus ingredients, and Fuel for training days that need more.
Hydration and electrolytes — electrolyte mixes, ready-to-drink options and single-serve sticks from Per4m, Naughty Boy, HR Labs and more.
Everyday health — our Pitstop+ daily range covers Omega 3, Vitamin D3 + K2, Magnesium, Multivitamin and more, made by us and rated by the people who reorder them month after month.
Snacks and bars — protein bars, cream of rice and high-protein cupboard fillers for the gym bag and the desk drawer.
How to make the most of it
Stock up on what you actually use: check servings and best-before dates and buy what you’ll get through, not what the discount suggests. Use November to try before you buy, since the free Per4m sample in every order and the weekly warm-up gifts are a no-risk way to find a new favourite before the sale lands. And if you’re a Pitstop Rewards member, you’ll earn points on everything you buy over the sale weekend, so your Black Friday order helps pay for your Christmas one.
Why shop Pitstop Nutrition?
We’re an independent retailer with a real shop at Morris Park, Glasgow, run by people who train and use what we sell. We stock the brands we rate and we’re honest about what you do and don’t need, because we’d rather you buy the right thing than everything. If you’re nearby on Black Friday, come and see us in store, there’s a bit more happening that day than just the sale.
