Pump-Action is the zero caffeine half of the Tanker pre-workout pair: a stim free pump and nootropic formula with every dose disclosed. Each 22g scoop carries 8g of L-citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2g of HydroPrime glycerol, 1.5g each of taurine, betaine and TyroPure tyrosine, plus pink Himalayan salt, L-theanine, AstraGin and Senactiv.

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Mix one scoop with 400 to 500ml of cold water, 20 to 30 minutes before training, one serving per day.
