Wolf Hydrate takes the salt-first approach to hydration: every 4.5g serving starts with 1000mg of Celtic sea salt, delivering 370mg of sodium and 585mg of chloride, with tri-potassium citrate and magnesium citrate taking potassium to 201mg and magnesium to 47mg per serving.
